How can I order Strings & Beads products?

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship internationally from our studio in Dubai, UAE.
Can I visit and shop at your headquarters office?
We do not have a physical store. Although, you are welcome to our studio in Dubai to shop for anything specific. We operate by appointments only.
Why does my Strings & Beads piece look different than the picture on the website?
All of the gemstones and crystals we use in our jewelry are natural and come from the Earth. Due to this, the size, color and pattern (striations, mixing of colors, rutiles etc.) of the beads will vary from piece to piece. However, the slight variance in your beads will in no way comprise the energy and quality of your piece.
When does an order get shipped?
To ensure the highest possible quality, every Strings & Beads piece is handcrafted, energized and cleansed. As a result, delivery of your Strings & Beads piece may take 3-10 business days from the time of your order. We will contact you if we anticipate a major delay in the order.

What else should I know about my jewelry purchase?
Strings & Beads is specially designed to enhance the wearer’s own energy. The jewelry is empowered by the wearer’s personal intentions to change or improve them. As an energy enhancer, Strings & Beads Jewelry relies on the wearer to be effective. Strings & Beads Jewelry is sold on an “as is” basis. The entire risk as to the quality and performance of the jewelry is with the buyer and or wearer. Should the jewelry prove defective following its purchase, the buyer and or wearer, and not the manufacturer, the buyer assumes the entire cost of all necessary servicing or repair. Do not wear in water. Restringing available if needed.
