RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We want to inspire and delight you with your jewelry purchase. We are sure that you will love your Strings & Beads item, but on the rare occasion that it is not 100% right just send it back and we will be more than happy to give you an exchange or a store credit for the amount.

Archana Avinash/Strings & Beads tries to ensure that the quality of all her jewelry is of the highest standard. She takes great pride in personally handcrafting her designs into beautiful pieces that will not only look good when worn, but also help you to feel good at the same time. As with all semi precious gemstones, there will be slight variations in all the beads used. When choosing your jewelry, please take note of the measurements given with the description of each piece. If you require a different size, please contact Archana with your request, before placing your order. There will be an additional charge for alterations on all wrongly sized purchases.

In order to return your jewelry purchase for a store credit, the item must be in its original condition with any boxes or packaging that accompanied it and must be returned not more than 7 days after delivery. If the jewelry arrived with a tag attached directly to the item, that tag must still be attached. Sorry, we can not allow exceptions. Returns that do not meet these requirements will be sent back to you and a store credit will not be issued. Please allow 10 working days for your returns to be processed.

SPECIAL ORDERS

Please note that we are unable to offer exchanges or store credits on bespoke items or special orders. This means that we cannot provide refunds or exchanges on items that have been specially made to order for you, items that have been altered or personalized in any way, and products that are not normally stocked by Strings & Beads, but have been ordered specially at your request. Bespoke or specially ordered products may only be returned if the goods are faulty or were supplied incorrectly.

WRONG, DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If you believe a product was shipped in error from Strings & Beads, turns out to be defective, or was damaged in transit, please contact us by email (archana@stringsnabdbeads.com), so we can resolve the problem. Please keep in mind that all returns must be made within 30 days of receipt.

CANCELLATION OF ORDER

If you wish to cancel your purchase or part of your purchase after payment has been made you may do so within 24 hours by contacting Archana via email at stringsandbeads@gmail.com Please leave your name and transaction number and item you would like to cancel, We will then refund the price of the item.
